Since winter is approaching, it's time to start adding to my not-so-impressive sweater collection. This ShopAKIRA ombre knit cardigan is the perfect transitional piece from fall to winter since it's light-weight, but also has an infinity scarf collar to keep warm. This piece is also very versatile in that it can be worn as a crop sweater, like I wore it, or as a layering piece. I love anything cropped because of my love for high-waisted bottoms, so wearing it as a crop sweater made it a perfect match for my super high-waisted, extra long Castles Couture maxi skirt. Not to mention the extra added thumbholes in the sleeves- those were a definite selling point for me!
